As Founding Principal Product Designer, I transformed a barebones white-label platform for making Storefronts and affiliate links into a scalable, high-quality in-house experience—driving a 13% user satisfaction increase, far exceeding revenue goals, and securing a Forbes partnership on the creator economy’s future.

I led a team of designers to define the vision, craft the strategy, and sell it to leadership—navigating complex stakeholder demands in an ambiguous problem space to build a seamless, scalable solution.

As Principal Product Designer, I led strategy and design for this 0-1 feature, enabling Walmart Creators to publish custom shoppable posts across Walmart’s site and app.

With this feature, Creators can generate content directly within their Walmart Storefronts, tagging their favorite products to drive engagement and earn commissions.

I designed both the Creator experience for crafting posts and the consumer-facing view on Walmart.com—ensuring a seamless, visually compelling experience that connects content to commerce.

This web app replaced inefficient manual spreadsheets, optimizing operations just in time for Ruggable’s rapid growth and Black Friday sales.
